Rodha Realtek began in 1998 with a twelve-apartment building and an unfashionable idea — that a developer should be judged on how a building ages, not how quickly it sells.
Twenty-eight years later that idea has produced 42 completed developments and 18.4 million square feet across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Dubai. The scale changed. The standard did not.
No project enters construction until the light study, the ventilation model and the material palette have been signed off by the design board. Volume never sets the brief.
