Rodha Realtek is a real estate channel partner, not a developer. We advise buyers and represent projects built by third parties. We do not build, own, promote or guarantee any development shown or described on this website.
Every particular relating to a project — plans, layouts, dimensions, specifications, amenities, approvals, pricing and possession dates — originates from the developer of that project. We pass it on in good faith but cannot warrant its accuracy, and it is subject to change by the developer without notice to us or to you.
Verify before you commit. Check the project’s MahaRERA registration at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in, and rely on the developer’s registered agreement for sale as the only binding statement of what you are buying. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Photographs on this website are illustrative and do not depict any specific project unless expressly stated. Furniture, fittings and landscaping shown are not part of any offering.
Any price shown or quoted is indicative, set by the developer, and excludes GST, stamp duty, registration, maintenance deposits, parking, floor rise and other statutory or society charges. Prices change without notice.
We are remunerated by the developer on completion of a sale. We do not charge buyers a brokerage. This does not create any obligation on you, and you remain free to transact directly or through anyone else at any time.

The Rodha Realtek name, logo, text and design of this site are our property or used under licence. Developer names and marks appearing on this site remain the property of those developers.
