This policy explains what personal information Rodha Realtek collects through rodharealtek.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain language, not boilerplate.

Who we are

Rodha Realtek is a real estate channel partner based in Pune. We advise buyers and represent projects developed by third parties. Our office is at 315, Rama Barcode, Shiv Road, Moshi, Pune, Maharashtra 411 070. For anything relating to this policy, write to info@rodharealtek.com.

What we collect

Only what the enquiry form asks for:

• Your name — so we can address you properly
• Email address — to confirm receipt and follow up in writing
• Phone number — to call you back, which is how most enquiries are handled
• Area, property type and budget — so the shortlist is relevant
• Your message — if you write one

We also record your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of submission, solely to block automated spam and apply a rate limit. These are not used to profile you or build an advertising audience.

What we do not collect

Never send us financial account details, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, or scans of identity documents through this website or by email. If documents are needed later in a transaction, we will tell you how to share them securely.

Why we use it, and who sees it

To respond to your enquiry and advise you on property in Pune. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to data aggregators or advertising networks.

One thing you should know. If you ask us to arrange a site visit or register you for a specific project, we will need to share your name and phone number with that developer — that is how a channel partner registration works, and it is what protects your claim to our assistance on that project. We will not do it without you asking us to, and we will tell you which developer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for three years from your last interaction, then deleted. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless a transaction has started and record-keeping obligations apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete your data
• Stop contacting you

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Map; those providers may log your IP address as part of serving the request, under their own policies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing enquiry data will be emailed to you.
