This policy explains what personal information Rodha Realtek collects through rodharealtek.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

Rodha Realtek (“we”, “us”) is a real estate developer operating in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Alibaug and Dubai. Our registered office is Rodha House, 14 Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018. For anything relating to this policy or your personal data, write to info@rodharealtek.com.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your name — so a relationship manager can address you properly
• Email address — to send confirmation and follow up in writing
• Phone number — to call you back, which is how most enquiries are handled
• City, property type and budget — so we can direct you to relevant developments
• Your message — if you choose to write one

We also automatically record your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of submission. These are used solely to detect and block automated spam, and to apply a submission rate limit. They are not used to profile you or build an advertising audience.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, identity document numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website. Never send these to us by email or through a web form. If a document is required at a later stage of a transaction, our team will tell you how to provide it securely.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss our developments with you. We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not pass them to third-party brokers, data aggregators or advertising networks.

We may contact you about developments that match the preferences you told us about. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will, without needing a reason.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for three years from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it — for example where a transaction has commenced and record-keeping obligations apply under RERA or tax legislation.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database on our web hosting infrastructure and sent to our info@rodharealtek.com mailbox. Access is limited to the members of our sales team who need it. Data is held in India.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data
• Stop contacting you

Email info@rodharealtek.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for any of this.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs may be served from third-party image hosts; those providers may log your IP address as part of serving the request, under their own privacy policies.

Links to other sites

Where we link to external sites — for example the MahaRERA portal — those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiry data will be notified by email to the address you gave us.
